GramDesk is a simple tool that helps businesses run customer support directly inside Telegram.
What GramDesk does
Many companies use Telegram bots to receive customer messages, but answering those messages is often complicated. Messages may arrive in different chats, support agents need dashboards, and CRM systems are often too complex for small teams.
GramDesk solves this problem by connecting a Telegram bot to a private Telegram support group. When a customer writes to the bot, the message is automatically delivered to the support group where the team can reply directly.
Agents do not need additional software or dashboards. Everything works inside Telegram.
